We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our custom Stage Stairs project for Sydney Girls High School. This project involved the following:
Tailored Design and Durable Construction: The stairs were custom-built to perfectly fit the client's space and requirements, using a robust SHS mild steel framework and plate steel for tread supports.
Lockable Coasters for Mobility: Industrial-grade lockable coasters were welded to the four corners of the H-frame base, ensuring easy mobility while maintaining stability.
Hardwood Timber Treads: Our team custom-manufactured, supplied, and installed high-quality hardwood timber treads, securely bolted from beneath through the plate steel supports for a durable and elegant finish.
Open Risers for Ventilation: The stairs feature an open riser design, allowing for optimal ventilation and reducing the buildup of debris.
Safety Handrails: Each stair unit is equipped with a single handrail, providing additional safety and ease of use for all users.
Sleek Matte Black Finish: The steel components were coated with a metal etch paint in a matte black finish, offering a modern look and enhanced durability.
